What causes a lot of sticky bowels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sticky Bowels: You are basically missing insoluble fiber from your diet: insoluble fiber isn't broken down by the body but as it passes through the intestines it acts like a little broom and adds bulk to your stools so that they are firm. Just don't forget to drink water. Water helps to make things exit smoothly and helps with constipation.
