Klatskin tumor: Most likely someone you know has been diagnosed with a rare tumor of the biliary tree. It may be klatskin tumor. It is a tumor of the biliary tree (bile). Named after physician, thus the name. Unfortunately the name of the tumor does not tell you anything about the disease. Hope this is what you are asking.

Cholesteatoma: I guess that what you mean is cholesteatoma. An abnormal skin growth in the middle ear behind the eardrum is called cholesteatoma. See an en t doctor for exam.
