Do minerals/mineral drops help in treating hepa b?

No: You are young and i would recommend seeing a liver specialist to determine if you have a chronic hepatitis b state that is "active" or "inactive" to determine your future course and if you need to be treated with antivirals medications which have become extremely effective in suppressing hepatitis b or if you just need to have lab tests occasionally! minerals don't treat hepatitis b.
