Iodine: The ovaries require iodine and you may be deficient in it. Try to find someone who does an iodine loading test. If you are low, taking a safe iodine/potassium iodide supplement may just take care of your cysts for you.

NO: Some women are "cystic" or tend to make a lot of ovarian cysts. This does not necessarily mean that you are not ovulating. Some women have a condition like "polycystic ovarian syndrome" & they may not be ovulating well. I would discuss your issues with your gyn & let them explain to you what type of cysts you have. Pregnancy is still quite possible, even if you keep getting cysts.
