Some basics: The primary triggers for headaches at all ages vary but there some basic things that can help.Illness, even minor viruses can trigger them & monitoring other symptoms is important.Lack of sleep/rest, poor diet, dehydration all can trigger or aggravate them.Creating a restful environment free of kid stress & providing comfort food & fluids can also help.
