Pregnancy Test: In a female of child bearing age, pregnancy must always be considered and ruled out or in with almost all abdominal or pelvic problems. The next thing on the list of possible problems would be some sort of infections - either in the female organs (vagina, utereus, tubes) or in the urinary system. Those are the most common things that would account for all of these problems.
