Unusual, consider..: Possibly a dry vagina could cause irritation of the penis. Also, an infection of the penis (eg, yeast or herpes or other would make the penis sting from just friction). In addition, if you have an iud (intrauterine contraceptive device/loop) the string dangling from the cervix could cause the penis to sting. Try more lubrication or condom for little time. If no, discuss with your primary care.
