How likely are you to get pregnant from precum than ejaculation?

Possible: While it is possible, the lubricating preejaculate may not contain enough sperm to cause pregnancy. There are plenty of sperm present in the preejaculate, but the volume is usually small. However, if pregnancy is not wanted, condoms or other birth control should be used.

Variable.: Most studies have showed low levels of sperm (and sometimes no sperm) in pre-ejaculate. One study showed that there are some individuals with a high sperm count in pre-ejaculate.
