See Your GYN MD: Blowing air into the vagina especially if the labia are "closed" and under pressure, can cause an air embolism(air dissolved into the bloodstream. Especially in pregnant women) which can travel to the heart and lungs. Stop having air blown into the vagina. Look to see a md and listen to this advice.
