Need more info: A lot of those numbers are abnormal. A full history and physical and an evaluation is warranted.

Potential Problems: Having an HDL cholesterol of 5 mg/dl is a concern, usually suggesting a genetic cause of low hdl, which sometimes but not always can be associated with increased risk for heart disease. High triglycerides and low HDL can also be seen together, the former often the cause of the latter, but not enough to cause an HDL of 5. Need and evaluation by a lipid specialist www.Lipid.Org.
