I don't think so: A folliculitis is the general, nonspecific name for an inflammation/infection of the hair follicle. There are no hair follicles in the vagina or labia minora. However, there are on the labia majora & pubic area. If you had a folliculitis of the labia majora, for instance, that should not "spread" to your vagina. I would have my gyn take a look at your problem & guide you as to the proper treatment.
