Scientific Rx: All acne can be controlled nowadays but if benzoyl peroxide has failed, you'll need prescription meds. If you can take the oral contraceptive pill, this might clear you. Otherwise i would add topical clindamycin. This will probably clear you. Otherwise a suitable systemic antibiotic should be sufficient.
