Cervical insufficiency?: It's not completely clear to me what you mean by a week uterus. My best guess is that you're talking about cervical insufficiency, where the cervix starts to shorten and dilate painlessly in the mid trimester. In this case, obtaining pregnancy isn't the problem, but rather maintaining pregnancy once conception occurs is the issue. This is normally treated with a cerclage suture placed around the cervix between 13 and 15 weeks of pregnancy.
