Yes but: Midcycle bleeding frequently occurs due to the transient estrogen level dip at the time of ovulation. You bleeding could be due to ovulation. It would be too early to see implantation bleeding as that usually occurs about 10 days after conception - typically about cycle day 22 to 26.
