Depends.: People that have irregular cycles can still get pregnant. If you have unprotected sex, you can get pregnant. I don't know what your situation is, but you can always check a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. If you haven't already seen a doctor for your irregular periods, i recommend that you do so.
