Sounds like Herpes: You should be seen by a primary care provider for evaluation. A skin biopsy may be necessary, blood work can help too. Typically herpes is treated with oral antiviral pills- acyclovir, valacyclovir, etc. There is no cure, but it is treatable and controllable. A drug eruption is also possible at that location.
