See your doctor: Try to put into words what "weird" means if you can. When did these sensations start? When did the headaches & shortness of breath start? How severe are they & how much do they affect your function? Several things can cause this; anxiety, changes in blood sugar levels, migraine headaches, circulatory problems (poor brain blood flow) & auras prior to seizures. Go see a doctor now to find out.

Anxiety..physical: As we mentioned before anxiety is associated with multiple physical symptoms..It is also associated with feelings of "depersonalization" and "derealization" which our patients describe as weird feelings as well as scary. The good news is there is treatment for all that.
