Maybe not: If you are having irregular cycles you are probably not ovulating; or ovulating on a regular basis. You may benefit from the use of low dose oral fertility medications. They generally induce ovulation 85% of the time with pregnancy rates around 50%. Before using them, make sure there are no other factors that are preventing you from getting pregnant. Good luck.
