Could be: I recommend calling your doctor for evaluation and if your blood type is negative you will need rhogam. Spotting could be a sign of early miscarriage, infections on the cervix or irritation of the cervix after intercourse, etc. About 50% of women will have some sort of bleeding in pregnancy but it does not mean something is wrong. You need to be seen to be sure.
