Muscle tears: There are many reasons for frequent muscle tears including technique issues related to the movement or lack of flexibility. Sometimes imbalances in strength can lead to frequent muscle tears. For example if your quadricep muscles (front of the thigh) are much stronger compared to your hamstring muscles (back of the thigh), tearing occurs more frequently.

Unclear: What kind of muscle tears and with what activity? Muscle tears occur with excessive force placed on a muscle. If you suddenly engage in unusually vigorous acitivity for which you're not conditioned muscle tears can occur. If this isn't the case see your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

Connective tissue di: It certainly is not normal to get frequent muscle injury with regular activity and this may be a sign of some underlying connective tissue disorder. Or a medication is weakening your muscle.
