Lactation Start?: There is no definitive time that pre-lactation begins in a pregnancy; some women experience the onset of a unilateral or bilateral clear discharge as early as 13 weeks; others, as late as 32 weeks or beyond. Tho set of lactation is merely a sign that hormone levels that stimulate lactation have reached "operational" levels, and that you are rest to breast feed when the moment arrives!
