Chest pain?: Your xyphoid process is under your sternum and in the middle of your chest, so radiaition to your shuolder could be simple heart burn or could be cardiac related. See your dr. To get an evaluation and a proper diagnosis for any necessary treatment (and to assure it is not your heart).
