Gerd: This can be gastritis gerd or other GI issues recommend seeing your pcp or GI doctor to begin work up and get you proper medications.

Depends: Really depends on where the pain is. If it is in the upper abdomen could be an ulcer or gallbladder issues. Depends on what kind of foods cause it and the timing. See you doctor and she/he can order the right tests to figure it out.
