Totally different: Ank spondy is basically a disease involving the ligamentous insertions of the spine. Tietze's syndrome, also known as costochondritis, involves the joints where the ribs attach to the sternum or breastbone.

They are different: Tietze is a an inflammation of the cartilage of the ribs as they attach to the sternum (breast plate). Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic inflammatory arthritis of the spine and pelvis.
