Normal: It is likely that the iud is in place, but see your dr. You certainly could be pregnant, but likely the strings were left too long, and need to be shortened. It is not unusual to not have periods with the mirena. See your dr, make sure the iud is in the right place(likely) and have the dr shorten the strings.
