Can be ok: Not unhealthy if not interfering with your life.

It's healthy: Almost all men your age are like you. Most of us think it's a good thing -- you learn about your body and mind to prepare yourself for marriage and family life. It's fun and helps you stay focused. It's unfortunate that some people make growing up a problem for their own (often dark) purposes. If you're preoccupied or missing out on life, talk with someone wise -- your doctor, pastor, maybe dad!
