Reconsider diagnosis: If you have been dx'd with LPR and rx'd with twice daily Aciphex (rabeprazole) for a year and still have sx's, then it's time to consider other problems like allergies. You can try allergy rx, mucus thinners like mucinex, increase humidification in bedroom, and drink more water. Otherwise, consider another ENT opinion and thorough exam to assess the problem.
