?? Regular cycles: If you had regular 28 day cycles before, Clomid (clomiphene) can actually create an ovulation change in a small percentage of patients resulting in the cycle going longer. If you often have cycles that exceed 28days then the Clomid (clomiphene) did not fully correct your cycle and often we will go up on the dose. You should discuss this though with your specialist who knows all your history. Good luck.
