Super low estrogen after 5d transfer of pgd-selected 2 "perfect" ebos out of 5, not pregnant, due to failure of transfer procedure or bad sperm/egg?

Cant say for sure: Don't know abt estrogen without a number and were you taking supplemental estrogen? Remember just because pgd is done, it doesn't absolutely verify that all genetic components of the embryo are normal. The most likely thing is an embryonic defect but if estrogen was very low, ? Endometrial effect. Need to discuss these issues with your specialist. Good luck.

Many possibilities: Embryo transfer with negative blood HCG means embryos didn't implant. Possible causes: genetic or metabolic problems in the embryos, polyps or other problems with the uterine lining, or issues with the embryo transfer itself. Was your pgd a 24 chromosome test? (not the older fish technique which has a high error rate). Pgd biopsy on day 3 is less accurate than trophectoderm biopsy on day 5 or 6.
