Lucky you: Forget the charge, they are sub-science. Your best weight is what looks and feels best for you, and lets you compete successfully at some level as an athlete. The key is exercising and eating smart. A man is best with little or no body fat. You may be a lean and efficiently-muscled track-star type, or heavily-muscled like a football linebacker. Tall is fun, fit is even better.
