Normal : Irregular bleeding in the first few weeks after an iud removal. If you do not want to be pregnant use condoms and restart birth control. You will need to take a pregnancy test since you had sex. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.
