Consider these: A persistent migraine headache is not uncommon, but may not respond to the usual meds, and indeed, you might do better with a course of steroids to break up the pattern. Sometimes Botox is of value, and the drug Depakote may slow stabilize and prevent future issues. Although would avoid opioids, the Butrans patch may help you function. See your doctor as thlngs seem to have changed.
