Black elbows due to psoriasis, very rough, both elbows, what can i do to rectify?

Psoriasis: Seeing your dermatologist would be good. But you need to lotion, without scrubbing, as often as you can. You can also compound lotions with topical corticosteroids to be applied multiple times per day but you must seek this advice from your treating dermatologist.
