No: It is never a good idea to make home made injectables. If you have a problem with a prescribed med, talk to your doctor.

No!: Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol should never be taken internally, orally or otherwise. It is poisonous and not at all chemically the same as drinkable, ethyl alcohol. But i reinforce colleagues' concern about homemade injectables. Discuss with your md the possible of a solution you can safely drink.
