Use steroid spray: I am assuming that the nasal spray you are using is over the counter decongestant spray. You should see an md who can prescribe a corticosteroid nasal spray. If you have tried this, then azelastine nasal spray, instead or in addition may help. You md will also check to see if you have a chronic sinus infection that needs treating. Finally your md may need to order oral corticosteroids.
