Rectal bleed: Most likely you have constipation ( hard stools) causing hemorrhoids to bleed. Is is advisable to see a gastroenterologist or proctologist ( specialist in disorders of the rectum) to confirm the diagnosis and rule out more ominous disorders like rectal/ colon cancer. Increase fiber & water. Stool softeners & laxatives
