Peyronie's disease: Sounds like peyronie's disease...Scar tissue (plaque) formation along shaft of penis resulting in abnormal curvation/deformation of erect phallus. Possibly secondary to previous trauma. If results in pain or unable to have intercourse, then treatment warranted. Should speak with doctor for referral to urologist to discuss treatment including medical and surgical options.

May be normal: Everybody's body is built differently, and if that is the way you've always been, it's not necessarily a problem. There are a few medical conditions which can cause a change in the shape of the penis, and if that is happening, if you are having pain with erections, or if it just really bothers you, you should probably see a medical provider about the condition. Knowing something is always better.

Peyronie's: You may have a condition called peyronie's where scar tissue builds up on your penis and causes curvature. See a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Peyronies/epispadias: 2 causes of penis curving upwards are peyronies disease probably caused by minor fractures of the penile corpora causing a peyronie's plaque, meds don't work, consider surgery by an expert urologist. Epispadias, a congenital penile abnormality with upward curvature, short length + urinary opening on upper side of penis.Reconstruction is difficult and results suboptimal. Sex therapist may help.
