My penis curves upwards and touches upside of body on erection.am 23, greatly worried about this? please help me

Peyronie's disease: Sounds like peyronie's disease...Scar tissue (plaque) formation along shaft of penis resulting in abnormal curvation/deformation of erect phallus. Possibly secondary to previous trauma. If results in pain or unable to have intercourse, then treatment warranted. Should speak with doctor for referral to urologist to discuss treatment including medical and surgical options.

May be normal: Everybody's body is built differently, and if that is the way you've always been, it's not necessarily a problem.
