Unfortunately low: At 47, unfortunately pregnancy rates are less than 5% and realistically around 1-2%. The biggest reason is that with the eggs "being reproductively old", fertilization rates are very low and the rate of chromosome abnormalities are so high, that is makes getting pregnant in the late 40's extremely low. Although "miracles" can happen, you might consider the option of donor eggs. Good luck.

Missed period: You may not have any symptoms indicating you are pregnant until you miss your next period. Most pregnancy symptoms start at about 7 - 8 weeks such as nausea, breast tenderness, tiredness, etc.
