Perineal pain: The area you describe is called the perineum and with vigorous intercourse can become abraded and injured. Thus when the urine flows over the area the "raw" abraded area sends you a message that something is not good in that location. Have a MD check you out for a Urinary Tract Infection and perineal injury. STD testing can be done at your request as well although unlikely.
