Should be seen: First your blood pressure is low. If you take BP medication you need to review this with ur md. Diabetic patients with chest pain could have coronary artery disease. Given your situation my best advise to you is to review this with your doctor as soon as possible.

Blurred vision: I can address the blurred vision which has many causes in the diabetic. Sometimes just the fluctuation in glucose in the blood can cause transient blurred vision. However any diabetic with blurred vision needs careful evaluation by an ophthalmologist.

Have it evaluated: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection. Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.
