CIRCUMCISION: Some of the frenulum remains and every doctor leaves a different amount of prepuce behind the glans.

Answers: 1) neither better or worse to have more inner or outer foreskin removed at circumcision, importance is not to remove too much. 2) inner foreskin is above scar-line. 3) i believe it is best to incise or remove frenulum at time of circumcision, but some frenulum usually remains after majority of infant circumcisions. It can easily be removed coincident with circumcisions beyond infancy.
