Flushed reaction : Flushed skin is often a sign of anxiety. A few sessions with cognitive-behavioral therapist can make a world of difference. You may not be able to stop your body's reaction completely (it's an important signal for you) but you can shift how you think about the red-face response and not make the reaction more dramatic and/or you can use relaxation techniques to calm it quickly.
