Constipation: Sounds like you are constipated, and i don't know what kind of food plan you're using. You need to make sure you're drinking enough water -- 8, 8oz glasses a day is a baseline but you may need more depending on your activity level. Also you need plenty of fiber, which you can get from veggies, fruits, ground flax seed, etc. You should have at least 1-2 formed bowel movements a day.
