Is pitted prune good for diabetic as as as i'm diabetic?

Not bad.: Prunes can be part of a well balanced diabetic diet. Should probably avoid eating too many at once as they contain a fair amount of sugar that could raise your blood glucose.

Prunes: I agree w dr. Fisher. Prunes would need to be eaten in moderation. Six medium sized prunes (50 grams) have approximately 121 calories & 19.2grams of sugar. They are high in fiber (3.6 grams/ servings) & if eaten daily can help to keep one "regular".
