Probably: It sounds like it did. You took the Plan B within 24 hours, which is ideal. After taking Plan B the next period is usually off in timing. To make sure take a weekly pregnancy test for a week or two. And please see a provider and get in some regular, reliable birth control so you don't have to go through this again.

Probably: Plan b when taken correctly is usually very effective and can certainly affect the timing of a period afterwords. No treatment or method of birth control or emergency contraception is perfect every time, so it would be reasonable to check a pregnancy test after this period is over for reassurance. If in significant doubt you can see your doctor for confirmation.
