No: A woman cannot have menstrual periods while pregnant: by definition menstruation is a Progesterone withdrawal following ovulation, which cannot happen while pregnant. Vaginal bleeding for other reasons can occur, but it is not menses.

No: Bleeding in pregnancy can happen, but it is not a menstrual cycle. There are many sources for bleeding in pregnancy and an evaluation is needed. Please see your OB to evaluate for the source of bleeding.
