Narcan (naloxone): Suboxone has a abuse-deterrent compound Naloxone (narcan) combined with it. The Narcan (naloxone) is not active if the medication is properly taken. Both have buprenorphine, a type of synthetic opioid.

Very similar except : Except cost, concern with diversion, misuse and safety. Buprenorphine (subutex) is used for the initial induction, especially when transitioning from a long acting opiate. Suboxone contains Buprenorphine plus a blocker. The blocker does not do much when taken under tongue and its meant to prevent misuse such as injection.

NALOXONE: The difference is Suboxone is buprenorphine and naloxone. Naloxone is an opiate blocker. Subutex is just the buprenorphine.
