Can i drink alcohol after being lightly sedated?

Yes: Your prior question was about having a small brandy, which should be ok as long as you are completely recovered from the sedation.

Bad idea: Not generally a good idea. You are mostly probably dehydrated in preparation for your procedure . Alcohol will will dehydrate you more. Alcohol also potentiates sedatives which remain in your system.

Preferably not: If you had sedation, alcohol will potentiate residual amount of anesthetic which can be dangerous. If you had procedure in the morning and having glass of wine with a dinner and there are no contraindications most likely you will be ok. Don't get drunk. Discuss with your anesthesiologist before any alcohol intake.
