Not aware of any: I am not aware of any food that can increase sperm count in men. Several things can decrease sperm counts including certain antibiotics, certain drugs (tricyclic antidepressants, chemotherapy), cigarettes, alcohol, radiation exposure to name a few.

Regular diet: Regular diet should suffice for majority of men. Almost anything in moderation is probably ok. Important step is to seek evaluation with a urologist to make sure there are no other known causes or factors that may account for the low sperm count.
