Clots?: Do not know what that means. If your wife is around her period when you have sex, it may be blood clots and or her sloughing tissue from her menses that you are seeing on your penis. Have your wife see her ob/gyn for an internal exam/pap smear to assure she is up to date with her sreening exams and all is stable. Good luck.
